Cancellation Policy
Final legal wording should be reviewed by Greek/EU legal counsel before public launch.
1. Cancelling a booking
You may cancel a booked service by contacting us with your order number. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.
2. Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests made with at least 48 hours’ notice are accommodated at no additional cost. We will propose alternative times promptly.
3. No-show
If you do not attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice, we will contact you to reschedule once. Repeated no-shows may result in the session being considered delivered.
4. Cancellation by AURA
In the unlikely event we must cancel and cannot offer a reasonable alternative, you receive a full refund.
