Terms & Conditions
This document describes the standard terms under which services are provided. Final legal wording should be reviewed by Greek/EU legal counsel before public launch.
1. Service scope
AURA CONCEPT GROUP provides professional wedding and event planning services: consulting, planning, advisory and coordination. Each package sold on this website is a defined professional service with the deliverables listed on its package page. Purchases are not deposits, investments, stored credits, account funding, money transfers or donations.
2. Booking and payment
Services are purchased online at fixed prices in EUR through Stripe-hosted secure checkout. A booking is confirmed once payment is completed and a confirmation email with an order number has been issued. We never store card details on our servers.
3. Delivery of services
Consultations are delivered by video call or, by arrangement, in person in Attica, Greece. Written deliverables are provided by email within the timeframe indicated on the relevant package page. Our team contacts each customer within 1–2 business days of booking to schedule.
4. Customer obligations
The customer agrees to provide accurate information about their event, attend scheduled consultations or request rescheduling with reasonable notice, and review deliverables in good faith. Recommendations are professional advice; final decisions and third-party contracts remain the customer’s responsibility.
5. Scheduling and rescheduling
Consultations are scheduled by mutual agreement. Rescheduling requests made with reasonable notice are accommodated at no additional cost.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.
7. Intellectual property
Written deliverables (summaries, checklists, reports, roadmaps) are provided for the customer’s personal or internal business use in connection with their event. They may not be resold or republished commercially without written consent.
8. Confidentiality
Information shared by customers about their event is treated as confidential and used only to deliver the engaged services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Liability
Our services consist of professional advice and coordination support. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service. We are not a party to contracts between the customer and third-party venues or suppliers.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Greek law. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Athens, Greece, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
